• All major credit/ debit/ charge cards accepted.
  
  
• Please do not arrive without a reservation
  
  
• High Beeches is a non-smoking establishment
  
  
• We regret we cannot accommodate pets
  
  

• Our rates depend on season, number of guests and day of the week.
  
  

• There is a minimum two night booking at weekends and bank holidays.
  
  

• We serve breakfast usually between 8am and 9am (until 10.00 at weekends) but can be very flexible on timings upon request.
  
  
• Bookings from your website
  
  
• Payments by cash, bacs, paypal, and the following cards:
  Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge
  
  
• American Express - a charge of 5%
  
  
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
  
  
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 100% of the stay will be made if relet
  
  
• In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given
