Abbeys and Cathedrals

While staying at High Beeches, it is a must to go and admire the magnificent architecture of one of the most visited places in the South West – Bath Abbey.

There are other wonderful sites of interest nearby which are most definitely worth exploring, such as the grand Glastonbury Abbey, the stunning Salisbury Cathedral and the beautiful Wells Cathedral.

One of the main attractions of Bath is, of course, the Roman Baths which are described as one of the wonders of the West Country.

You can also explore Roman Architecture in and around Bath, such as The Circus and The Royal Crescent.

Although it’s not actually in Bath, Stonehenge is only about an hour’s drive away and is one of the most recognisable monuments in the world.
